Kicking off the Club Cup competition

On Tuesday we started our club tournament with four matches:

The rules of the competition are:

1. Everyone registered for the A, B, or C team or are new to the club this season can enter.
2. Games need to be a minimum duration of 40m+10s and need to be recorded. Matches of an hour duration or more (including 50m+10s) can be submitted for grading if both players agree before the match.
3. Players can play each other up to twice (once with white, once with black).
4. The competition will run throughout the season.
5. The person with the most points at the end of the season wins a trophy (oh the glory).

We’ll be providing updates as matches are played including a league table.
